The Jobs I Do.

Tell me what's happening at the house. I've done that job before, and I take care with the work.

All services ↗
A water heater seen from the side in a bright garage.

The Hot Water Quit.

Don't put off calling about a heater that goes from warm to cold for another week. A puddle under the tank needs a call too. I check the heater and pan, then give you the price. Your first service is 10% off.

The job
Standing water around a shower drain.

The Water Will Not Go Down The Drain.

Water sitting in the sink means the drain isn't clearing. A shower that holds water has the same problem. Leave it, and the water will reach the floor. I clear the drain I can reach from the fixture. If the blockage is farther down, I'll tell you.

The job
A closed sewer cleanout cap in the grass.

The Sewer Line Is The Problem.

When several fixtures drain slowly, look at the line between the house and the street. I start at the cleanout on the house side and tell you what I find. The main under the street belongs to the city.

The job
A dark stain on the floor of an open bathroom vanity.

There Is A Leak.

A drip under the sink will stain the cabinet. It won't stop on its own. I find the leaking fitting and give you the price before I pick up a wrench.

The job
A toilet and its supply line in a bright bathroom.

The Toilet Or The Fixture.

A toilet that runs all day wastes water and money because a part hasn't shut off. I can also take care of a dripping supply on that visit or install a fixture that's ready to go in. I check the supply so the water stays where it belongs.

The job
New copper stubs in an unfinished bathroom wall.

The Remodel.

I'm good at remodels. I handle new plumbing for bathrooms and kitchens and take care of the finished rooms beside the open wall. I give you the price at the house. The estimate is free.

The Pipe In The House And The Pipe In The Street.

One Plumber For The House.

I answer the phone and come to the house. You hear the price before any work starts. I do the job right and look after the rooms around it. Your first service is 10% off. Refer a neighbor, and part of what you paid comes back as a credit.

The $99 Checkup.

I check the core plumbing points and send a checklist to your phone. For each point, I list its condition and add a short note so you can see what's going on with the plumbing.
