Who

I have spent 15 years on houses in Boca Raton and the towns around it. I answer my own phone. You tell me the town and what the water is doing, and I come look before I talk about a price.

I would rather give you the number at the house than open a wall and surprise you. Remodels are work I want, and I am careful with the finished rooms beside that wall. The line from the house to the cleanout is mine. The main under the street is the city's.
